I missed my flight recently and was really stressed. I called Air New Zealand’s customer service, and they were super helpful. The agent was calm and understood my situation. They helped me find another flight, even though the next one was full, and they waived the change fee.
They also explained how I could get a refund for my missed flight. The refund was processed quickly, and everything was sorted out within a few days.
Even though missing my flight was stressful, Air New Zealand’s customer service made it much easier to deal with. I’ll definitely fly with them again!
