A few months ago, I booked a cinema ticket online. Excited for the movie, I arrived at the theatre, grabbed some popcorn, and headed to my seat, only to find someone else already sitting there. Confused, I showed my ticket to the staff, but they told me the seat had already been assigned to someone else.
